Kylie Hasegawa, a student at Boston College, came as a summer 2013 intern to help us with our natural pesticide project.  Although she came with a different focus from the other interns, she participated in almost everything that happened on the farm.  Kylie has an amazing positive attitude, and her humble spirit didn’t stop her from contributing impressive, insightful and timely ideas and suggestions.  Kylie’s snarky sense of humor kept a smile on our faces.  When she went home, we were left with a line of bottles of green brews, extracts with a lot of potential, waiting for testing in the garden.  Thanks, Kylie, for your fantastic energy!  You can read Kylie’s blog here.
